1. The Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God (2 Timothy :16).

2. There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19).

3. Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ
The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The Scriptures declare:
a. His virgin birth (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31,35).
b. His sinless life (Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22).
c. His miracles (Acts 2:22; 10:38).
d. His substitutionary work on the cross (1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21).
e. His bodily resurrection from the dead (Matthew 28:6; Luke 24:39; 1 Corinthians 15:4).
f. His exaltation to the right hand of God (Acts 1:9,11; 2:33; Philippians 2:9-11; Hebrews 1:3).

4. In the blessed hope - the rapture of the Church at Christ's coming (Titus 2:13).

5. The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ (John 14:6).
a. Conditions to salvation. Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ and his completed work on the cross (Luke 24:47; John 3:3; Romans 10:13-15; Ephesians 2:8; Titus 2:11; 3:5-7).
b. Evidences of salvation. The inward evidence is the direct witness of the Spirit (Romans 8:16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and holiness (Ephesians 4:24; Titus 2:12).

6. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation (Titus 3:5).

7. In water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and the Spirit (Matthew 28:19).

8. The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body and deliverance from satan's works in answer to believing prayer (1 Peter 2:24, Galatians 3:13).

9. The baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.  The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today, and operate in the life of a Spirit filled believer as God wills them 1 Corinthians 12.

10. In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life (Galatians 5:16-25).

11. In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation (Revelation 20:11-15)

12. The Kingdom to come (Revelation 19-22)

We also firmly believe the fivefold ministry is alive and well today. God has established his government which is not democratic, but rather it is theocratic and overseen by his chosen leaders as we see in Ephesian 4:11 and 1 Corinthians 12:28 as well as exampled through the life of the early church recorded in the book of Acts.

Let is also be known that Fire and Ice Ministries, River of Life Fellowship church, and all ministries associated with them stand by, love, support, pray for, and bless the nation of Israel. God's promises for Israel will be fulfilled. Christ will return to the Mount of Olives and reign from Jerusalem for one thousand years. Christ is the Messiah of Israel, and Israel is the vine we as gentiles are engrafted into through Christ. God will bless those that bless Israel, and prosper those that love Jerusalem (Genesis 12, Psalm 122:6).
